Great product

I love this low sodium seasoning! It checks all of my boxes. It's a small shaker packed with an awesome mixture of herbs and spices. I use it mainly to season poultry and fish.

Very fresh ingredients, and smells wonderful. I use it in a lot of recipes.

That’s a good mix of spices so five stars for that, but I’ll never know when it expires since Amazon put their sticker right on top of the expiration date and when I peeled it back it took the numbers off.

Love this spice

I have been trying salt-free seasonings of late to offer suggestions to my mother-in-law suffering from CHF but seemingly worse (to her), a now bland diet. First, it's important to note that with almost all salt-free seasoning blends, you MUST cook with it. It is not a table seasoning. It will taste like a mouth full of dry herbs if you try to use it that way. The one thing I didn't like about this blend was that it seems like they want you to be able to identify each of the 24 (27?) different seasoning components because they are left in such large pieces. I poured the whole bottle into my Vitamix dry grind container to whip this into a fine powder and I LOVE it so much! It has a very noticeable Rosemary scent/flavor to it that I absolutely love. The fine grind is so much more palatable and easy to distribute evenly onto the food. I've used it with pork and chicken as well as air fried veggies like broccoli, brussel sprouts, cauliflower, French green beans. I don't feel the need to add salt at all. I might squeeze a bit of lemon and olive oil on the veggies but that is it. So great!
