My son really love his bike

All working well, took a bit of time to assemble. Take care with the electrical connection plug for front lights, small connector and it took me a couple of tries to get lights powered up. Looks great, ready and charged for Grandson to open at Christmas!

I took the time to carefully assemble this bike, and while the instructions were decent, the product itself is a complete disaster. The rear right wheel just spins in place with no traction, so the bike doesn’t move an inch. It’s 100% unusable straight out of the box. What makes this even worse is the return policy. Amazon is asking ME to pay postage to send back a defective product. This isn’t a simple change of mind – this is a faulty, broken item that should never have passed quality checks. Making customers cover the cost to return something that never worked in the first place is beyond unfair. It feels like an outright scam. The biggest heartbreak is for my child, who was so excited to finally ride this bike. Instead of joy, all we got was tears and disappointment because it simply doesn’t work. I can’t stress enough how frustrating and upsetting this experience has been. Save yourself the money, the hassle, and the heartbreak – avoid this product and seller completely.

Great product child loved

Our 2 year old grandson absolutely loves this but I think even he gets bored at how slow it is! Obviously don't want him to be speeding off down the street but this is slow stroll speed at best! The music is an annoying Japanese high pitched tune (bit embarrassing) but the overall quality for the price is sound.
