Sent me the wrong one. Original product was okay except for...
Somebody bought me one from this page which I liked because it has no added sugars or soy. When I bought it later from the same page, they sent me a different one than the one in the pictures and info On this page. And it had soy and added sugars. So I could not use it. Unfortunately, I didn't have time to complain. I think when the mistake is that bad, there should be no Time limit to the return policy.I'm giving a generous three stars for the original product, because the company would not respond to questions about whether the Coco had been tested for any heavy metals content, because many cocoas are too high in toxic heavy metals. If I could be sure it was a clean product that way, I would have given it five stars.I give Amazon a one star on this one for sending me a significantly different product. They do look similar though.

inside seal broke, product's quality questionable, not worth
outside seal was fine, but when lid was removed there was powder everywhere inside, and the bag inside was already open, held closed with a sticker that failed its job cause it was coated with the cocoa powder that had leaked out at some point in its life cause who ever packaged it just crumpled the top together and slapped a sticker on it hoping for the best i guess. .whats the point in organic if you have no pride in your packaging to make sure it gets to customers safely and freshly ALSO NO EXPERATION DATES ON CONTAINER EITHER "do not use if inner bag is open" seems they KNOW their packaging design is BAD. Are they proud or their wasteful packaging that makes their product useless and wastes our money?

I can't taste orange
I Love citrus. I Love Chocolate. This seemed like a perfect combination but I can't taste orange. I added a teaspoon to my coffee so maybe it was overpowered but I should have been able to taste a bit. There was a lot of cocoa loose inside the container - outside of the bag.Good quality ingredients but I don't think I'll re-order.

Not what I expected
I actually purchased the Curried Hot Cocoa but for some reason the company sent me the Mint Hot Cocoa instead. Anyway, I didn't feel like being bothered with the steps of a return so I just decided to give it a try. One thing I must compliment the company is on quality. You can definitely tell that it's a sugar free dark cocoa used for the product. There are also little specks and flakes of mint leaves. This would actually be cool if not for their lack of refinement. In my opinion, there's some chunkier pieces of the mint that can be less than palatable if your wanting a smooth drink.Other than that, it's not a bad cocoa once mixed with your favorite non dairy milk and sweetener. I don't think I will be repurchasing this though. The reason being that I don't like the mint flakes.

It is The Best!!!
My favorite of all just a little spice adds to the flavor, either plain or mixing with chocolate and coffee! Guess I would tell people to just add to something and let your taste buds tell you. I always get two cans because I like to add it to some baking items also, just have fun with it!

Not drinking hot chocolate/cocoa
this is more like an unsweetened baking cocoa, than a drinking cocoa, although the instructions do say you can with sugar to taste. i tried it, did not taste any orange flavor, and it wasnt pleasant. would probably be fine for baking.

Delightfully gross
This beverage was horrible. NOT AT ALL LIKE DESCRIPTION ON PACKAGE . Tasted like peppered baking cocoa with no trace of citrus. VERY disgusting!!!!!

Yuck...
I like the flavors of chocolate and orange, but I cannot sense any orange. If you taste the product it resembles plain cocoa. I also mixed it with hot watered and immediately dumped it down the drain. I may use it for baking, but as a special beverage, I give it a definite NO.
