Good fidget for professional settings and tactile stimulation
I purchased the "jewel-tone" rings and loved the colors! The colors are vibrant but give a more "mature" feel. I like these rings for a few reasons: the size, durability, and spiky texture. They are small enough to store anywhere and others may not notice you fidgeting with them which is a plus for using them in the workplace! I also like the stainless steel material they are made from. They can stretch to three times their size and recoil back to their original size without losing their elasticity or durability. Lastly, I like the spiky texture of the rings. The rings are spiky enough to provide tactile stimulation but not so spiky that they hurt or leave impressions when rolling them up and down your fingers. For those seeking more pain-like stimulation though, you can wear the rings around your fingers and squeeze your fingers together to dig the spikes into your skin. So far that is the only way I have found that they can aid in pain-seeking stimulation. The rings are silent though they are very springy. I've had a couple rings accidentally fly across the room due to their springiness but I'm hoping that will less the more I use them. I recommend these rings to anyone needing a discreet fidget.

Perfect for me!
These have been a fantastic little fidget that I've started to use daily! When my mental health gets bad I get restless and start picking at my skin. I'm not sure why exactly, but these rings have helped significantly. Instead of picking at my skin I'll just play around with these ring and it satisfies whatever need I have to pick. They've been super durable as well, since I've accidentally run them through the washer/dryer, stepped on them, flung them across a room at work, and probably more that I'm forgetting about. Definitely recommend these to others who may also be facing a similar issue with skin picking!

Definitely worth it-great vensor
Worked great, I just wish they were a bit bigger so they are more likely to fit adult size fingers. Packaging is awesome and I made another purchase from the spender. Worked great for my anxiety. Very durable, just too small for the average adult finger. The kids love them though.

A Nail-Biter’s Dream Come True
I’m 33 years old and have bitten my nails as long as I can remember. Embarrassing. I stumbled across these being recommended on TikTok for nail-biters and decided to give them a try. Honestly, obsessed. The sensation of rolling these back and forth on my fingers provides a perfect combination of pressure and “pain” (just a slight discomfort from the spikey metal). I love that these came in a 10-pack because obviously they are easy to lose. Having multiple allows me to keep one within reach at all times - one in my car, one in my purse, one on my nightstand, one on my couch side table, one at my desk, one on my side table at work, you get the picture. If you’re a nail-biter or skin-picker or hair-puller or struggle with any other body-focused repetitive behavior (BFRB), go ahead and add to cart. I’m telling you. I should have bought these a long time ago.

Great fidget, but they don’t last
Very satisfying little fidgets. Convenient to keep at your desk or wherever you may need them. They do break pretty easily, but I’d still buy them again.

A trick for Trich
I struggle with trichotillomania and have had a hard time finding a sensory toy that replaces the hair and skin-pulling sensation. This is amazing! I love the color options, and they do a great job calming me down. They are a bit tight (even though my fingers are thin), but that also helps the rolling sensation feel so good.

More effective than "trendy" sensory/fidget items
It may just be down to personal preference, but I find these a lot more effective than your typical spinners or clicky things. They provide an honestly fairly intense sensory input, which is more calming than anything; I usually end up transfixed on it for a few minutes longer than I actually need them for just that reason. They aren't really meant to be constantly worn due to how tight they are (which I think is a good thing), so I just keep one in my pocket. I can also see these being a good way to safely manage more self-harming stims if that's something you struggle with. This sort of thing is expected to break over time, so I like that they come in a pack, and won't mind replacing them in time. Though I kind of wish they made bracelet-sized ones, too.

Pretty colors! Solid brand!
Fantastic product. Love that this brand was created by teachers. I’m 29 and never really clicked with a fidget/stim toy until this one. It’s already been a game changer when I am walking through situations that usually make me a bit anxious. I chose this particular listing because of the colors availability and they are definitely accurate to the photos. I highly recommend this brand over any others so far.
