These are AMAZING!!! Easy to use and perfect for multiple objects where adjustments may be needed
I don't leave many reviews, but I was compelled to write one here. I was mounting a set of nine art glass tiles and wanted them in a tight, level formation. I made custom wooden mounting cleats and adhered them to the back with construction adhesive. Consequently there were small differences in where the mounting brackets were on each tile, just as there were small differences in the size of the tiles themselves. The beehives were very forgiving in that I was able to adjust these left to right and up and down in order to ensure that there was a consistent spacing in the finished grid.I had tried a difference mounting system (hub-style standoffs) previously and those were an epic failure, both due to the weight of the objects as well as the precise measurements needed. With the beehives I could quickly adjust each one as I got them up and I was able to mount all nine in well under an hour. I added some rubber bumpers to the bottom cleat to make them parallel to the wall. These are both fragile and heavy and they are incredibly secure on the wall. Not worried about weight. (These were about 8 pounds each).I would give these 10-stars if that were an option!

Where have these amazing things been all my life?!?
These hangers ARE revolutionary and amazing. In my 30+ years of adulthood, I have never hung a picture as quickly and easily as I did with these Beehive Picture Hangers. I'll be the first to admit that I may be a little OCD in the "gotta hang it perfectly" department -- and my pictures often sit around, unhung. The pictures I was planning to hang with the Beehive Hangers were no different -- they sat around for months because I didn't want to make a bunch of holes in the wall and have off-kilter pictures. I finally got my act together and searched Amazon for some picture hangers (there were none on the backs of my canvases). These Beehive Picture Hangers popped up, caught my interest, landed in my cart, and ended up at my door within two days. These hangers are LIFE CHANGING. That's no lie!It was very easy to attach the hangers to the back of my canvas picture, hold it up to where I wanted it on the wall, place a small lightweight level on the top edge of the picture, and press the hangers into the wall in the perfect place. I then removed the picture, found the marks made by the hangers, hammered in the hooks, and positioned my picture. I love that you can adjust the position one small hole up or down, left or right, and don't have to put more holes in the wall! I'll never use another picture hanger... the Beehive Picture Hangers are where it's at.I will say that the wall fasteners (the part that you nail into the wall at your marks made by the Beehive Hanger) are a little tricky to start, but once you get one in and get the feel for it, it's easy to continue. I found that the best plan of attack was if I started the first 1/8 inch straight and then pushed it up so it was parallel to the wall and hammered it the rest of the way in. (Note: In the pictures below, I did not use the Beehive Hangers to hang the clock -- it already had a hanging mechanism on the back, and I couldn't have hammered in the Beehive part because it's metal.)

Best picture hangers I've ever used!
I had just built a custom LED backlit poster frame and needed some way to mount it on the wall. I tried using some D-rings and wire I had laying around but the added weight kept unravelling the twist and the wire kept pulling out of the D-rings. I had to double the wire back on itself to prevent it from pulling out. The wire did not feel stable and it was quite difficult to make the poster level with the one next to it so I decided to search for something better. That's when I discovered these Beehive hangers. I hoped that they would solve the problem with the wire instability and the leveling issue with the poster next to it. Once I received them, I removed the old D-rings and wire and screwed the Beehive hangers to the frame. Then all I had to do was line up the poster frame with the one next to it and press down. It helps to either have a level or someone standing a little way back to eyeball it for you before you press down. Once you press down, it makes two small indents in the wall to mark where the support pins go. The indents are set about halfway down the honeycomb pattern to provide adjustment up and down and side to side - well thought out design. I found these hangers very easy to install on the frame and mount on the wall. The screws to mount the hangers to the frame are small but feel very sturdy once mounted. Once on the wall, the whole assembly is very stable and does not shift or sway side to side when bumped. These will be my go to picture hangers from now on.

Best hanger evah!
I love these hangers. Both this size and the larger size. They are too large for you average 8x10 framed photo, but for larger things they are the GOAT. I have used the smaller version for frames as small 10" high x 20" wide and the larger hanger on frames as large as 60" wide by 40" high. I particularly like them for things that are over a bed, couch or door because they are secure if used properly.I also purchased extra beehive hanger nails to use by themselves because with the "Stinger" tool for setting the nails they are much easier to install and they are sturdier than the nails with the angled circular plate found at the hardware store. The hangers come with the "Stinger" tool that you use to hammer the nails into the wall with. It's a great help with the Beehive nails.
