The NUC is good, but I have doubts it is new. I discovered some manual soldering signs on the motherboard. One of Wi-Fi Antena cable was disconnected. The box was oppened previously. I hope this device was not broken then repaired, as I ordered a NEW one, not refurbished. The Orinokia Tech seller is the worst one ever I've worked. The package arrived in more than a week, then they needed one extra day to deliver it. I will never buy from Orinokia Tech again. As I said, the box was previously oppened, but then used a lot of scotch tape to put all together. Bluetooth is working bad, this might be the problem of this particular NUC, I don't know.

Nice replacement for my old laptop. Compact and nice looking case, not ugly like some of those gaming cases out there. High quality. Quiet without a dedicated video card, might add that in the future.

Received a torn box. The box on the inside was torn but the amazon box on the outside was fine? Other than that I don't know as I am still waiting for computer parts to come in.
