Don't spend $50 each when you can use these and get two for $10. They work great as a replacement latch on Onan QG 406-0779 RV Generator Service Access Door Fits KY models. The only thing is, it does require about 2 minutes on a grinder to remove about an 1/8" of material from the end of the flat bar. Once you have done that they go on exactly as the originals. They fit snug and should last at least as long as the originals did.

These Cam locks where the correct size to fit the holes in the Onan RV QG 4000 generator holes. All I did was trim about 1/8" of the end of each tab lock and install. They worked perfectly and saved $50 by not buying the factory replacements which obviously weren't designed to last.

These are well made and worked well on my Onan front cover. I had to cut almost a 1/2 off of the locking tang and round the edges, then had to mess with the spacing washers to get them spaced right. There is some lateral movement on the knobs but they worked as expected. It's a good replacement since my cover knob snapped off.

The locking blades were a tad too big to work on an old Craftsman tool drawer chest handed down to me from my dad. He didn't have the keys and the doors would not stay shut without being locked.I popped the old lock latches out and replaced them with these. After making the hole in the door bigger and doing some grinding and filing on the locking blades, I couldn't ask for a better replacement.Hopefully your install will go smoother but these are quite adequate for the task.

No instructions but a little figuring and it was an easy install

Used this to replace a lock on a trailer. Missing the metal pieces that actually holds the door closed. Just took the one off the old door. It worked great. Would've gave 5 stars if it wasn't for that.

These are the ones!!! Fits my electrical junction box perfectly. They fit the 3/4 inch hole perfectly.

The Lance campers have a cover with access panel over the 3 propane tanks on the tongue. The access panel has a security like latch that you need a flathead or washer to open. Not necessary to be secure because you could just pop the side latches and take the entire cover off. This thumb latch went right in. It needs a spacer on the top side to keep a firm latch or you could bend the arm up. Used the nut off the old one to move it up about an 1/8" and it was perfect.
