Work to extend the life of my old phone.

Trash, don’t waste your money . Barely worked two times and now won’t charge at all. I’ve used many of these things of other brands for years and they were all generally good . Not this one

it does have pass through charging which will charge your phone first and than charge the case.. i been on my phone all day today (using it heavy) and about to go to sleep with 1/4th on the case and 100% on iphone.. i tried to kill it but its got a lot of power!yes i have power banks all kids from 5000mah to 32,000mah.. thats the way to go if your camping! but walking around with cables and moving around making sure nothing unplugs.. i like this battery case its really nice and not too big! if it was a little bigger it would be too big.. but its just right!it charged my phone yesterday from 0-100% 2 times while using the phone while watching youtube and using it on the heavy side..it would be nice if it could support charging phone and case at the same time, but its ok leave it for the night and both will be topped off..i didnt mention.. i live in the country so my service isnt the best which means that my phone uses more power to connect to a cell tower.. no longer im looking for chargers mid day.. im good!! trust me i tried to kill the battery case using the phone very heavy all day.. cant kill it!

I got my new case, installed my iPhone 2020 SE, charged it and nothing...No matter what I did to the button on the back, nothing...Then, I turned the phone off, removed it, and reinstalled it (with the battery already charged, obviously) and turned on the phone. When I turned on the battery, voila! The charging indicator on the phone activated.It took a bit to get it started, but then it seemed to work nicely. I like the fact that it has a lightening connector, like the phone, so that my CarPlay will still work in my car.

I got this case on my phone today. I like the color and weight of it. It's a thick case but doesn't feel as bulky as the mophie case I had previously, since it doesn't stick out farther than the phone on the bottom. But I definitely believe people who are saying the charging port ends up loose. It already feels a little loose right out of the box. Will see how long it lasts and if it's worth the cost.Took off a star. If I'm not careful, the charging cable will literally just fall out of the port. That's ridiculously loose. I won't buy another case of this brand when this one wears out. Which I'm assuming won't take long if the charging port is already this bad

This is not my first battery pack for an iPhone, but it will be my last.Initially impressed, my smile turned to a frown after a couple days.Followed instructions as to installation and charging. When my phone went down to 40% I turned on the battery pack and it charged the phone back to 84%. I found that acceptable since this isn't a huge, hump style pack.When my phone went back down I plugged in the charger (using the Apple small block charger) and waited. After about an hour I smelled something burning. Here the battery pack was too hot to touch (as my burned finger would testify to) and my phone was stating it was too hot to use.No joke, I had to put the phone and pack in the refrigerator for an hour to get it to cool back down.Adding insult to injury, the pack had warped due to the heat and I had to cut it off.Fortunately, the phone was not damaged but the pack went back to Amazon.Never again!

I don't like to use this case 24/7 since it's so much bulkier than a standard case and it's pretty heavy. That being said, it looks really nice and is super sleek. I just prefer the weight and size of my phone without it. It does come in handy though! I brought it with me on a trip to Disney and kept it in my bag so I could pop it on and charge my phone while at the park. I much prefer this method to charging my phone on the go without access to an outlet since connecting to a power bank can be cumbersome with the dangling charging cable.
