Installed this on my kitchen sink to connect a countertop water filter. Installation was easy and it didn’t leak at all, which is a huge plus. The build quality feels solid with a nice chrome finish. The only thing to get used to is remembering to flip the diverter lever back to sink mode after using the filter line—but that’s minor. Overall, a reliable and functional upgrade.

I used a lighter to heat up the tubing to fit over the connection, I cut out the old one with a knife. No leak and work perfectly, I have a good water flow from the filter now. The old one was wasting 50 % of the water flow, I am so pleased with this diverter!

Very sturdy all-metal design. I expect it to last for years longer than the one that came with the filter itself. Seems I'm getting greater water pressure. Well worth the money, and was easy to install. I didn't need to use the Teflon tape that came with it.

I needed a replacement for my adapter that I got with my royal prestige as it was made from plastic and was leaking. The install process was quite easy, I remove my old adapter then I cut the white tube and placed the screw on it, and afterwards I heated up the tube for around 15 seconds and wedged it on the new adapter and then used the screw to screw it closed. After waiting for the tube to cool down I verified that everything worked perfectly and there was no leaks. I would highly suggest heating up the tube using a heat gun or a hair dryer if it seems like it doesn’t fit when it should. So, all in all I’m very happy about this as it integrates with the current chrome style I have and it looks like it came from factory. Though one complaint I have would be that the water seem to lean opposed to falling fully down. I replaced the screens that were in the adapter and that seemed to fix the leaning water issue I had but I don’t see it as I major concern as the device still worked and was mainly a visually annoying problem for me. Also, one last note about this adapter is that with the default screens the water pressure is pretty strong which is a plus as it get dishes clean much easier but it create more splash, however when I replaced the screens the water pressure wasn’t as strong but strong enough that I didn’t mind.

This part of our water filter broke a while back and it would always end up making a mess. Water was getting sprayed on us and there was always water dripping from it even when the faucet was off. After finding and buying this for my household, it was pretty easy to install and works amazing! No mess and the dial makes it easy to switch between regular faucet and filter easily. It's cheap and helps us save water! Great buy, absolutely worth the price.

I live in a second floor condo. I’ve already had a couple undersink leaks due to failing garbage disposal seals and a failing dishwasher hose. I wanted to install an under counter water filter but didn’t fully trust that it wouldn’t leak eventually and cause damage and worse yet, cause damage to the apartment below me. This was a perfect solution so water is only on when I wanted it on for the filter. The 3/8” fit the supply tube to my Waterdrop filter perfect. It switches smoothly and has zero leaks. Sadly my install isn’t as sleek as having everything hooked up under the sink but I have peace of mind and a functioning filter now. Fortunately with my counter setup I already had a hole in the side of my cabinet for the refrigerator water line.

bought to replace exact same size water diverter for our on counter kitchen water filter. Installed as instructed and leaked immediately from the faucet arm connection (which our old one didn't do...the old one leaked out of the diverter switch arm). Tried everything to stop it from leaking, even the plumbers tape they included did nothing to fix issue. These are just cheaply made and just do not work! What a waste of time, and now have to spend more time looking for another and having to return this junk...while now waiting AGAIN for a diff. one to be shipped. Seems no one knows how to manufacturer proper working parts anymore!

Llego a tiempo la válvula, se ve de buen material, trae una cinta coflex extra lo cual es muy bueno, lo instale en 1 minuto, embono perfecto a mi grifo de cocina( si son las medidas que específica) de igual manera al purificador que tengo( pura pacifico sobre tarja), claro falta ver cuánto tiempo durará pero hasta ahorita excelente.

I bought this to replace a spring loaded pull-out type of diverter. Those are great at first, but they slowly fail over time as the spring loses its strength and the water slowly corrodes its interior workings away. I had ordered an exact replacement for that (which lasted me over 2 years) but it proved to be no match for my drunk mother (who broke it the first time she touched it, thanks mom) and within a week I needed another replacement. After some searching, I settled on this PureSec 2020. I was a bit leery after reading some of the reviews. Specifically people talking about poor quality and a super stiff lever. Neither of those claims describe the diverter I received, so I'm happy. It's only been a few days, but so far it's solid, and I'm hoping to get at least a year or two of use out of this. It fit my 1/4 inch tubing perfectly, and it wasn't a huge pain to get the tap to stop leaking. An unexpected bonus is that I seem to have quite a bit more water flowing out of my tap now. Low flow aerators might be "good for the environment" (or whatever nonsense selling point they're using) but it sucks not having water pressure in my kitchen sink. Also, I ordered this late Friday and received it Sunday morning. You just can't beat Amazon Prime shipping!

Exactly as described, comes with needed extras not advertised like teflon tape, etc. Great value, over delivered!
