The best
I’ve been on a pizza making binge for the last few months. After about sixty pizzas, using a variety of flours and recipes, I’ve come to realize that like anything else, starting with quality ingredients is essential. Like tools for a carpenter or paint for a painter. If you don’t start with the best you will be fighting those choices from the beginning. The Caputo Pizzeria flour is the best. This yeast is the best. The product I received today has an expiration of 6/26. Take the time to feel and look at your dough. Smell it. Be organized. The crust is the foundation of your pie. Toppings are easy. All pizza is good, great pizza is love!

Excellent
This is the third purchase I have made. The yeast is far superior to any I have used in the past. My breads ,rolls,bagels, pizzas,and flatbread come out far better than my other bakes. The yeast is very active and has never failed me. I highly recommend using it, you won’t be disappointed.

Works wonders and makes great pizza
This is easy to use and makes excellent pizza or breadsticks. It calls for usage in weight and despite having a scale, yeast is very difficult to weigh as it is airy and likes to fly while also being lightweight, as a result, I usually use about a teaspoon and have had no trouble with any applications. I use it for focaccia, dumplings and many other breads besides pizza and am quite happy with it.

Dependable, Yields Great Flavor
Even though this yeast is the same 'variety' of yeast as other brands, I find it to last longer, work better and yield an overall better flavor to my breads. I've used it for regular sliced bread, pizza dough and baguettes...always a great rise. I keep it in my refrigerator after opening.

Makes great dough
Love this yeast. Only negative would be that these are two small cans. Like salt shaker size.Image makes them seem bigger. Yeah it does show ounces on can but still.Love it though.

Great brand
If you want a great dough need great flour and great yeast, it works great for artisan breads and pizza. I also get the Antimo Caputo flour for great pizza crusts.Anyway you don't "need" to, I start it with a bit for warm water or milk and sugar or honey (plus the small tin container is super cute and great to storage screws or small things once empty.)

Expiration Date is Inaccurate, Dead Yeast Really Disappointing
Expiration date is inaccurate. I ordered twice in a row and everyone is sending out crap that is basically dead with an expiration date of 05/2025. NOBODY WANTS TO BUY DEFECTIVE PRODUCTS THAT SHOULD LAST OVER A YEAR WITH EXPIRATION DATES IN 5 MONTHS.
