Originally I was looking for an "ab-roller" type equipment and this kit came up so for the difference I said might as well!Very happy with this purchase didn't know I needed the rubber tubes before I tried them, now I incorporate them in my weight trainings.The whole thing is useful and great value for the price.

This is such a great starter kit. I’m throughly pleased with it.

Ab roller is the best part of the deal. Bands prob wont survive 3-6 months. Pushup bars are plactic, hard plastic, so durability is a crapshoot.knee pads designed for kids wont protect anything.Love the design of the grip strengtheners, but construction, like nearly everything else is questionable.wish they allowed reviews over time, could follow up over time.
