I can never leave enough praise about this product. It is so much better than standard moleskin In the durability and adhesive quality of the product. I can have this on my feet for days at a time without it coming off. I wear 2-3” heels at work as part of the uniform and stand between 8-16 hours. This helps keep my feet from becoming full of blisters. I also use this product for outdoors purposes from hiking and kayaking to reduce blisters in the friction if she was hungry and is in feet. Read water sweat friction dirt and such.

I have always had issues with blisters on my feet. This tape is the absolute BEST for backpacking, hiking, and mountaineering! I've used it for years and have climbed technical mountains with this for blister prevention and it had far exceeded any other blister prevention tape. I've had the tape on for 4 days without it falling off or lifting up in the slightest. I've never had any luck with moleskin or athletic tape sticking to hotspots, but Leukotape sticks, and it is water resistant (I sweat a ton and the tape has never been affected). It is not easy to remove, but that's why it is perfect. If you're a true outdoor adventurer, this is the tape for you!

By far the best medical tape out there. I use it to tape my fingers for rock climbing injuries (and skin injuries on the finger). I have bought generic $5/roll tape from my gym, but this stuff is WAY stickier and holds far longer. The generic stuff feels like it doesn't even do anything.

I bought this for hiking long distances. For whatever reason, my heels are always torn up when hiking distances above 10 miles. I put on a bit of tape where the hot spots are, and no more blisters. I have also taken showers (not removed the tape) and then hiked the next day. This performed the same as day 1. To help the adhesion to the skin, if the tape is cold, it doesn't like to stick near as well. Room temperature works perfect, when its been out all night in freezing temps, not so much.

a little on the expensive side but this tape is awesome. It offers way more support than some of the other "sport tapes" on the market and stays put. But easy to remove when you want it off. This has added just the right amount of support to allow me to run again (using this and some stretchy sock like braces), despite some minor meniscus tears in my knees.

I have very high arches and am on my feet a lot! Running is a sport I have a passion for, and I also work on my feet all day. I developed planters fasciitis ! It was a 4 year nightmare for me! Doctors, therapy, and specialty shoes ! No joy! Finally, a therapist put a simple strip across my arch to hold it up while I am active! It has worked!! I continue to use this method. The tape is very strong, it can get somewhat wet and stay perfect. It is not ridged like sport tape. You don’t need to use much and it does the job. No matter how many other methods I used, my arch is just a bit tired and needs a little support! This tape has saved me, thank you for this product!

I had been seeing a podiatrist for a couple months for some foot and ankle pain. Each time I went he would tape up my foot with 2 different types of tape, one of which was a leokotape tape like this (the other was kinesiology). There was a reason why he combined the 2 types but I don't think I could explain it. It has something to do with one having more give (kinesiology) and the other being stiffer (leukotape). I think! :) I purchased this tape and the other type as well to be able to duplicate what he had been doing. This is the same brand that the doctor used in the office so I feel confident buying it. It's fairly easy to apply, sticks well and lasts a long time. My ankle definitely feels stronger having it taped up.

I get blisters from long walks on my heel. This works very well. I read other reviews and they mentioned this and they were all right. I highly recommend this. The roll will last me forever.
