It looks like this is flared at the muzzle end. Will this accommodate a 4" barrel Shield? It is ok if it protrudes.

It is not flared but rather rolled over to be almost a closed end. I assume this is for comfort, but no the longer slide shield would not fit this one they may have a model that it would however.

Will this fit a Kahr MK40?

It fits the 9mm & the .40. NOT the .45.

Does it scrates the the frame or slide?
