Grew up with this brand of turrones as part of a Cuban/American Christmastime tray of the turrones cut up & served along side Gouda cheese & guava paste. Just as I remembered it — almond flavored & it’s hard to choose a favorite among this twin set. Definitely recommend.

Buena calidad y buen precio

Bought this for my sister and brother in law as part of a Christmas gift and because I know the product well, I had to give a 5* rating. I have never received a bad product from them and the freshness is always there. So glad it's available in the US just need it in S.A. now.

The Girona turron reminds me of halvah. It's a bit oily for my taste. The Alicante turron was very hard and had to be broken up with a mallet. This one tasted better though. They were good but not spectacular.

These are the same "turrones" that I ate when I was a little girl, many many moons ago. They still taste the same. Good quality and deliciois.

Even though it's date was not expired, it tasted a little rancid. Must be the way it was stored or they got the product already compromised from Spain.I'm from Spain, so I know exactly how it should taste. The flavor should not be rancid, period. In fact, this is the first time in my life it happened. I'm 63 yrs old.
