Hood size advice on stud positions
Great Carhartt quality but beware there are 2 fittings for hoods. As my jacket was xxl? I ordered the XXL -5 and the studs are too far apart, so if in doubt measure on coat, so if 12 cms apart like mine, you need the s-xl option, this is not clear on the amazon description. As for the stud fitting I can not comment yet **** Well just got my S-XL and studs still too far apart is this how it should be, or is my Carhartt jacket wrong

The smaller size fit perfectly on my size L chore coat. Color is the matching black. Big enough to fit over toque and can be cinched down for windy days. Snaps line up and work perfectly. Took a long time to ship but I like it.

I bought the jacket and love it. The only drawback was when it was raining. The hood fits perfectly and can snap off when you don’t need it.

A great hood for a coat without a hood

I like it a lot good addition to my what they now call retro 1990’s Duck coat , if there was anything I would say the hood is a shade darker black than my 35 yr old coat but a couple washes or a dye job will fix that so it’s not a issue for me 👀’s 💚 it 🤘🏻
