Horrible experience
I bought this laptop in February 2020 and within 6 months the motherboard failed twice and as i write the review the laptop is still in service center. The service is pathetic now im regretting my decision to buy this laptop. Should have gone for MacBook pro. Plz be careful when buying asus high end laptops.

Horrible Customer Care/Service
I purchased this laptop from Amazon during the Great Indian Festival sale. I cant access Boot menu after setting a password. I have been writing to ASUS customer care, which keeps coming back with same set of questions and no resolution so far. DO NOT BUY ASUS products in India.
