fits my glock like a glove i would of thought it would be ok for the 1911 its fully adjustable

No, you must provide the gun yourself. Real, decommissioned, BB, or toy, the choice is yours.

Is there a cut out so it can accomodate an RMR and a hollow bottom for tracer/barrel extensions?

It will take any pistol with light or silencer/ tracer. I run with a EU 18 with light and tracer, and Mk23 SOCOM no problem . The side open as they are velcro together, there is a band on the bottom
