Really pleased with this radio. Looks great and easy to use. Display is very clear and easy to see time and radio station. Excellent value for price. Highly recommended.

Difficulty trying to set up and was thinking it was faulty but after some time I managed to carry out the basics and found the radio to have a good sound and reception plus the quos good .

Bought this for my elderly parents to replace an old FM radio they'd had for years. So it had to be easy to use and it is (once I'd stored the stations they listen to - this may be a problem for some but probably no mre difficult than setting up any DAB radio tbf). The DAB and audio quality are very good, considering the price we paid. Very happy!

I bought this radio due to stations leaving DAB and moving onto DAB+. The sounds is full and rich for the size of the radio, I found it easy to use and was working and set up within 10 minutes with three pre sets, and I am not overly techincal! Looks rather nice too for a small radio. Would recommend.

I paid almost £50 on sale for this to replace an older cheapo brand DAB kitchen radio (without DAB+) which I paid around £15 less for... PROS: - Reputable brand so hopefully the buttons will hold up (the ones on my previous radio eventually went haywire). The build quality looks like a step up anyway. - No apparent problems with the DAB+ reception - great. - Bluetooth (if you have a use for it). Beware though, unless I'm mistaken you can't play the radio through a better set of speakers, it can only receive audio from a phone or other device. - Good looking compact modern design. CONS: - The menu system is a bit of a faff initially (as is the kitchen timer 'feature') but ok once you're all set. - Only 3 buttoned presets. (There are 20 in total, it just involves more precious button presses to scroll through.) - The biggie for me is that I expected a better sound for the price, comparing with my older and much cheaper DAB which wasn't much larger but came with stereo speakers nonetheless, which seems to make a big difference. The mid range here is loud and crisp but isn't wide enough - the highs and lows are noticeably muted, I've found. You can set the DRC to High, Low or Off but to my ear none produce a full rich sound, just less tinny and slightly more base with this enabled, but losing even more high end. I'd say that if you just want it to play low in the background or listen to the news/podcasts etc then it's perfectly fine, but if you like to turn up the volume when your favourite track comes on, even moderately, then you'll probably wish you had a half-decent stereo array instead. If the price was £5-10 lower I'd give it another star.

This DAB+ radio cost over £60 from Amazon but my initial feeling is that it is very good value for money. I was a little alarmed when another reviewer said that it was difficult to programme this radio but after several failed attempts to get my favourite DAB+ station the radio seemed to almost programme itself. It’s early doors but the sound even at higher volumes with this radio seems to be very good quality.

This is well-presented small radio with good finish and excellent audio. Not as expensive as some DAB radios and the controls don't seem very extensive when you first set it up. No colourful scrolling panel of information. You can dim the display panel if you don't like it too bright as a bedside radio and you can set the three presets to your 3 favourite stations quite easily. Then it just sits there doing what it's meant to do. As I use it as a bedside radio I mostly use the Bluetooth setting and stream to it from BBC Sounds on a phone so I can see clearly what's playing and go back to things I've missed. It's very good used like this and I like the fact there's no handle, so you can rest your phone on top of it. I've actually grown to love the radio because it is uncomplicated with great sound - all I wanted.

A first rate buy, did all it claimed and came promptly.

Geluid van radio is goed. DAB werkt niet. Maar vooral heel vervelend dat knopjes heel slecht leesbaar zijn. Grijze letters op zwart. Waarom?

I am very happy with my purchase. It even arrived 3 days before the expected date! The size is perfect (just as described by the seller). The sound quality is great. Overall, 10/10! I will be repurchasing it for my family.

Pas trop cher et avec un son très correct. Seul bémol, la programmation du DAB est peu intuitive contrairement à la FM mais très content du produit...

Das Radio wurde als Weihnachtsgeschenk bestellt. Die Lieferung war wie immer schnell und sogar noch Pünktlich ^^. Es ist das erste DAB Radio, was bei uns zum Einsatz kam daher war ich von der Klangqualität erstmal überrascht. DAB Typisch kein Rauschen, keine Empfangsprobleme etc. Ich habe mir aber das Radio mal genauer angesehen. 1. Verarbeitung Das Radio ist sehr Wertig verbaut. Die Materialien sind zwar Teils Kunststoff, teils.. es könnte auch Holz sein. Es fühlt sich aber sehr Wertig an und knarzt nicht wenn man es in der Hand hat oder etwas drauf drückt. Die Knöpfe haben einen guten Anschlag und lassen sich dadurch recht angenehm bedienen. Der Lautstärkeknopf, lässt sich leicht drehen und fein justieren. 2. DAB Die Einstellungen gehen recht gut von der Hand. Man kann direkt die Sender mit Namen auswählen und bestätigen. Es dauert dann nur 1-2 Sekunden bis der Sender spielt. 3. FM Radio typisch ist auch eine Antenne verbaut.. da muss ich sagen, die wird nicht wirklich genutzt. Genauso wenig das FM. Die Einstellungen sind aber relative identisch zu anderen Radios, von daher nicht wirklich erwähnenswert. 4. Speichern Die Sender im FM so auch im DAB Bereich können wie immer durch längeres drücken der Zahlen gespeichert werden. Der Senderwechsel funktioniert problemlos und geht recht schnell. 5. Stromversorgung Das Radio kann mit einem Stromkabel oder Batterien betrieben werden. Wir haben es mal mit den Batterien versucht. Da muss ich sagen, entweder lag es an den Batterien oder das Gerät saugt in Verbindung mit DAB, Display und Beleuchtung an und der Lautstärke ( etwas über gemütlich leise da auch im Flur zu hören ) die Batterie relative schnell leer. Das hätte ich so nicht erwartet. Wir haben es jetzt am Kabel gelassen. 6. Nachteile Es mag für den ein oder anderen kein Nachteil sein aber bei der Größe des Gerätes, hätte ich mir doch ein klein wenig, volleren Klang gewünscht. Der Klang an sich ist gut, nur fehlt mir da etwas die Tiefen um auch z.B. vom Schlagzeug etwas zu hören. Dieser Eindruck ist aber mehr Subjektiv und wird bei jedem anders sein. Es ist aber auch kein Kriterium meiner Schwiegermutter. Daher ist es für sie schon mal keiner. 7. Fazit Rundum ein gelungenes Radio. Mit dem man unterm Strich eigentlich nichts falsch machen kann, wenn man es auf dem Küchenschrank oder im Flur stehen hat um ein wenig Hintergrundbeschallung zu bekommen. Es ersetzt aber auch nicht eine Stereoanlage oder eine große Smartbox. Dafür ist der Preis aber vollkommen in Ordnung. Nachtrag: In der Bewertung war eine Fernbedienung angegeben, ich hatte irgendwie keine dabei :D. Vielleicht ist es bei einer anderen Version dabei^^.
