This is a great find. Whole Foods 365 brand SPicy organic black beans at Amazon. These are inexpensive and taste great. They are a very healthy food and full of protein, fiber, antioxidants, and iron. These make a great quick meal, just open the can and heat (or not). I will be making this a staple.
