180lbs with a 42in chest/36C cups _37in waist and 45 in Hips.Bought 2XL. If you have never waist trained then 2XL would be comfortable and right for you. If you want to take it serious i would recommend an XL as a beginner. If you have waist trained and want to really make it tight. L is the one to go with if u have my measurementsbut it will be very tight. I worked out and lost weight now 3 months later. Waist is at 33 inches than first measurements in this review and i weight 170.. the L is still really tight and i wear it when im home chilling or cleaning. If im working out i use the 2XL but it is now more loose just holding me upright for now..

Definitely would purchase again. The fit is nice, it slimmed in all the right places. Breathable. I also found I didn’t overeat while wearing it.

Please don't buy! It's wayyyy too tight around the arms leaving bruises from the straps that are now scars for life. Far as the length It's ok, not long enough for tall women and the width was too big. Fits really loose not supporting anything but your sore shoulders. Had to keep pulling it down when wearing and forget reaching for anything wearing it. It's cutting into your skin like a blade, sharp and painful. PLEASE DON'T WASTE YOUR MONEY ON THIS ONE THAT'S $51+ WHEN YOU CAN PURCHASE A CHEAPER ONE LIKE I DID THAT'S $31 THAT DOES THE JOB AND FIT WAY BETTER WITHOUT SORES OR SCARS FROM WEARING IT!

Hands-down, my favorite waist trainer. With the bones and a three different levels. Only thing is not tall girl, friendly. I had to buy bra adapters to have comfortable straps for my arms. But other than that, this is the only one I’d buy.
