101 Weird Ways to Make Money MP3 CD – Audiobook, July 26, 2016

Only skimmed through it so far, but it seems to love up to the title. These money making ideas are not the run of the mill sort of thing. They are weird.. (thus the title). Reviewers that complain obviously didn't think about what they were buying before they did. No, these are not ways of making money that are found in run of the mill books on this topic. No, you probably won't be able to or want to do 80% of these things. This is a book for those who seek something out of the norm, where there is great potential provided there is a market for some of these ideas in your area or that you have the ability to try these ideas. To those who complained about this book, I say "Pay attention to the title before you buy & think about what it says" The title has the word 'Wierd' in it for a reason. Duh. And for those who love strange, unique, wierd, & creative ideas- then you will love this book.

It was okay. Some ideas are no longer applicable, others were good ideas.

This funky little book was a pleasure to read. Not only does it give you ideas on what kinds of never-imagined jobs are out there, but it tells you how to find sources for employment or how to go about preparing for your career as say a rooftop snow remover, a voice-over cast member, a survival supplies seller...lots of interesting things that might be good for someone who wants to make a little money or who wants to build up a big business. I think it would depend on your personality.As a former career counselor, I'm always matching people in my head to jobs I think would fit them. This gives me even more clues to work with. Sometimes I share these thoughts with the people I'm thinking about. Plus it would be a good conversation starter if a group runs out of things to talk about during a boring after meeting lunch. Like "Hey, does anyone have some crickets they can't get rid of? I'm starting a farm and would be glad to take them off your hands." I would especially recommend this book to anyone who is starting college or who is retired and wants to get out and be social and make a little on the side. I've actually thought about a couple of these weird ones myself.

This book is a good read for some one looking to start a side hustle or business. Full of ideas and references.

This book is a great eye opener. Easy to read. I started to read only what I was interested in but found myself exploring new topics. The author provides useful information, a "How to get started" section and links on how to start the business you are interested in. I think this book would be a valuble tool for many young antrapeniures.

I like going through this book with my kids. They think the maggot farm is sooo gross! I love seeing different ideas. Even if you are in business it would be good for you to read this book so you can think about different angles to tackling problems in your own business, start thinking outside the box!

I bought this b/c I am an entrepreneur and I like different ideas. I read the cricket farming on the cover and thought…interesting! Sucker! This book is a joke. I don't' want to be a rodeo clown. Who wrote this? Why am I reading this? I'm pissed that I bought this!

Being retired and with a thought to create some extra cash, I ordered this book after seeing the author on a TV interview. I opened it immediately from the mail box. Very quicly I saw that many of the suggestions were old ones. What did get my mind thinking was the "newness" the computer age and some thoughts from that area came to mind.This book should get some creative juices going even from older thoughts ( that maybe new to some folks), and newer ideas. I suggest it for anyone who wants to be aware of the different types of "jobs" out there. But don't order if you have your needs for a successful job application ready to submit today. Those type jobs have Human Resource already available.
