Love Nivea but mislead on this purchase
I love Nivea and would buy the products directly from Germany if I could! I purchased this as a gift and when I did, the additional makeup/travel bag was included. Imagine my surprise when I opened the box and no bag was included. From the time I purchased until I received it, this product has “a new look, yet it’s the same product.” Is it? Sure, they are full size products, which are great! But I also wanted the travel bag for them to go inside. For that, I am only giving four stars as I’m very disappointed that the seller would switch on a customer after a purchase and not notify them.
