The Texas Waffle Maker

Need I say anymore?! Just buy NOW! It’s super durable, great quality, perfect size AND waffles have been perfect every time! Waffle is Texas sized and a crowd pleaser! Value exceeds all waffle makers! Definitely easy to use and easy to clean as well. Heats up fantastic and there have been no issues at all! This makes the perfect gift as well!

I used Texas grocery chain HEB original pancake and waffle mix. Made them for friends and family and everyone loved how they came out nice and crispy with nice flavor. Easy to clean. I also like how I can make blueberry waffles (berries in the batter) without the blueberries sticking! Of course everyone loved the Texas shaped!

This makes a great waffle- NOT a Belgian waffle just FYI. I don't know why I thought this made super thick waffles, it makes just normal waffles. Which is just fine with me. The waffles come out delicious and once you get the hang of it, the maker is incredibly simple to use. I use either a little bit of butter or cooking spray (it's fine don't @ me, I know what the instructions say) and the waffles never stick. Actually, once I non-stick it for that first waffle I don't really have to do it again. The maker is also very easy to clean- just a damp paper towel (wait til it cools off though haha).

My husband always raves about the Texas-shaped waffles we get at hotels when traveling through Texas. When I saw this waffle maker, I knew I had to get it for him. He absolutely loves it, and we now have "Texas" waffles at least once each week! It's very easy to use, and it doesn't take up much room at all when stored in an upright position at the back of the counter.

In the last year we have had to make several trips to Texas where my family discovered the Texas waffle. Last time we went everyone was so sad the hotel didn’t have waffles in the shape of Texas, so I ordered this waffle iron and now we have Texas shaped waffles in Missouri!The waffle iron is perfect! It’s good quality and heats up really fast. It’s easy to use and the food cooks quickly. It’s easy to clean and I would definitely buy it again. The reason why I gave it four stars instead of 5 is because I wish it had a protection ring around the outside of the lid. I know it’s no one’s fault but my own; however, I have a horrible burn from the iron when I went to unplug it my arm hit the edge and gave me a nasty mark. I wish you could control the temperature, but it is worth the money.

I have wanted this Texas shaped waffle iron for as long as I can remember! PRIMEDAY and a gift card came along and I finally bought it. The directions clearly state no non-stick spray, so oil it with a paper towel or get an oil spritz bottle, throw away the first waffle when you get it.My only complaint is it says you can time your waffles by the heat light going off and on. Do NOT do this or your waffles will burn. Two minutes or so is plenty.I love it!

I hear that Texas is the only state with its own waffle maker :-). It makes adorable waffles that the grown-ups enjoy with the kids think it is super cool. It is a typical waffle maker and cleans up well, but has that added pizzazz of being shaped like our super state of Texas.
