Titanium Sports Kinesiology Tape - 5m Roll of Elastic Water Resistant Tape for Support & Muscle Recovery - Quality Sports Tape

ETA April 2025: Bought again for the Nth time (I've no idea, honestly). This time, I've overused my knee, rowing, and this tape is my go-to for support. Same top-quality, great price. I've bought this tape several times over the years and have always been pleased with it. It sticks well and stays stuck for several days, even with showering and physical activity. I have a weak foot from a fracture when I was young, and this tape provides the support when my foot gives me trouble. It's also a very good price. For all of that, I decided to try another brand recently, purely because I fancied a different colour (I usually buy the dark blue). While the other brand seemed identical, it was thinner, the adhesion was poorer, and the adhesive irritated my skin. In conclusion, not all kinesiology tapes are equal, and in my opinion, this is the superior brand in terms of value and quality.

Recently bought this to support my plantar fasciitis which had gotten worse this year. I bought it as was travelling to the USA for a few weeks and needed the support and relief for my foot as I knew I would be doing alot of walking. I’ve bought other brands before but found issues with the tape not staying put! However not only does the support made a huge difference for the relief of my symptoms but the tape stayed on for over 5 days despite plenty of pool activities. My uncle in Florida also had the same issue and luckily I brought my roll of tape with me. I used it on his heel and arch and he was so impressed I had to leave him my roll of tape . Definitely a fab product and really does support the arch and heel. I’m almost pain free now and whilst I didn’t expect a magic cure , it’s really made a huge difference with the amount of pain I was having and the relief I now have. Couldn’t recommend anymore. The instructions sent after purchase was really helpful in explaining how to apply the tape to ensure it sticks. Had to buy a second roll last weekend since I left my previous one with uncle.

Great that several colours are available, my 10 year old daughter requested pink! It is good tape, soft to the touch, helps to support and stabilise the joints and works well for children, so does the job performance wise, however, the tape does come unstuck in places around the knees and so the edges can roll up. I may try a stronger tape next time, but ultimately it does the job. Advised to remove with water or oil.

This kinesiology tape was recommended by my physiotherapist for my shoulder injury which I was told would be a slow repair. To be honest, I was sceptical but after using the tape over a couple of weeks, I notice my shoulder is less painful because the tape provides gentle resistance if I attempt to over-extend my arm or lift heavy items e.g. shopping bags, grandkids. The tape is waterproof and is easily removed. Not so positive is the adhesive that remains when the tape is removed. It's a bit of a nuisance. The tape must be cut into shape. I wish it was available in brown. I would recommend this product.

Excellent tape (bright blue one) and stays on for days. I showered in it, wore socks and shoes over it. No probs. Really sticky. Really important to have clean dry feet/body before apply it. Also, really round off each end of the tape to get rid of corners then it doesn't unstick at those weak points where it can catch on clothing and rub off. Also, rub it on all over really firmly once it's on. Suspect bad reviews on here complaining it came off easily didn't do that, as it obviously won't stick so well to skin grease/sweat etc. I watched YouTube videos by 'Bob and Brad' who show ways to fit this tape correctly for all kinds of conditions which I recommend (terrible jingle but they know their stuff!). Really helps support my Plantar Fasciitis while it heals. Bought one roll to try it, now ordered their 3 pack as works out tons cheaper. It's decent tape. I didn't get any skin irritation from the adhesive either. Recommend it!

This tape uses to be excellent, have bought this brand for a whole. However they seem to have changed the specifications, it feels thinner and peeled pretty quickly during a run, happened a few times consistently, so not an application issue. Hopefully just a bad roll. Normally I swear by this stuff, it normally sticks incredibly well and gives great support. I get some skin irritation if I don't remove it after 24-48 hours.

Great product, stays on all day, great support for my foot injury, great colour too! Easy to use, bot want a me to say good fit so I can submit but that.makes no sense, could say I am fit but that would be a lie, think bot want a me to s top now! Nope it won't let still want me to FIT in the word fit again, really good fit

Tape was great for my plantar facilities? Not sure that’s spelt correctly, read online best way to use it for my problem, however after a day with the tape on I suffered an allergic reaction to my skin so am unable now to get the relief. However the tape is great for!
