I am enjoying my twice-daily routine of a warm cup of tea. And I can definitely fell a difference in my appetite. I feel less urgency to eat, can go longer between meals and finish up with less food. It's not a miracle worker but I will keep using it.

so far, I have lost 2lbs. I only drink it once a day, the taste is fair, I just drink it in cold water. I recommend this product.

Too expensive and doesn’t event work and you can’t even return it. I makes me feel bloated and contispated.
