When I dissolve thes in my mouth before swallowing it has a bit of a chalky taste to me. I have post nasal drip and constant sore throat so the chalky taste makes me cough. I decided to just swallow them with a bit of water. Still works to help me fall to sleep. Instructions say to take an hour before bedtime.

I have tried a few other melatonin products that are quick dissolve like this one, but Nature Made is the best for flavor and it melts quickly in your mouth. I take it about 20 mins before bed. If I wake in middle of night I can just take one more and it helps me fall back to sleep until morning. Super great product!
