The boxed wipes absolutely great if I could give it 10 stars I would! It does a fantastic job Helps stick really good and no sting I'm 51 yrs old had my ostomy since 19 yrs old and I've been through a lot of supplies waisted a lot of money so I'm here trying to bring my own personal experience to whoever might need my advice! these are the best I've ever used anything logo "brava" "coloplast" named brand is the strongest on the market for leakage issues especially the elastic barrier strips and "safe and simple" skin barrier wipes to firmly hold are the best combination together and Hollister 2 piece wafer and drainable bags tan colored and Hollister barrier rings all together are a tough firm hold for me sleeping anyway bending if your having issues leaking pls try all of these together and you should feel more content doing anything or going anywhere hope this helps anyone struggling to manage their ostomy oh and get a Hollister belt also I use mine during the night sleeping or when I'm out and about knowing your leakage is under control and held strong gives you a peace of mind and more freedom! I use a Dexcom continuous glucose monitor, and you can imagine how skin might get irritated from constantly having something stuck to it. Further, I use a waterproof cover that allows for showers and swimming. Sadly the whole setup has to be replaced every ten days.These are a MUST when I go to replace my sensor. First, they have alcohol, so using the wipe sterilizes the area in preparation for the application of the meter, second, it adds a layer on your skin that does NOT interfere with the waterproof cover's efficiency, but DOES allow for me to easily and completely clean the skin when it's time to take it off.To clarify, you know when you've been wearing a band-aid for a while, and you take it off, and there's this line around the edges of sticky stuff that you can even SHOWER and scrub, and sometimes it still won't come off? This prevents that from happening. VERY nice product.Disclaimer is - everyone's skin is different, so it might not work the same for us all, but I can honestly attest to the fact that these work perfectly for me. Five stars.

Works great but you must let it dry before applying wafer

I think the Cavilon is slightly better but this product is significantly less expensive and works just fine for prepping the skin to hold adhesive on bandaging or tape. Let it rest for 30 seconds or so after applying before placing bandage or tape materials.

Excellent for helping clean and healthy wounds

These work wonders for my son who has double ostomies.

This is a good product do not get me wrong, however I have used other brands of skin prep for my husband's head as he has cancer and uses for a device called optune to help arrays stick to his head and also to prevent sores. I have used other skin prep with a much beter effectiveness. This is good given the price but I find it seems watered down and is not as sticky as other brands. It takes a long time to dry and sprays in droplets rather than mist. It is not as effective as other products.

I LOVE these. They create no mess unlike the barrier cream that gets all over everything. They work well the protect the skin and are so easy to use and apply.
