The end had the correct connection which made things go smoothly.

CMOS Battery did not fit laptop.Waste of time and money.Throwing it in the garbage.My time is more valuable than taking the time to return it.

Bought this battery for a Dell Inspiron 7773 and it connected flawlessly. The cable is about twice the needed length, but that can be easily wrapped within the case. Just unplugged my laptop and main battery for about an hour and the BIOS clock kept time flawlessly.

The product was as expected it was simply the wrong item but it was given to someone that could make use of it.

The quality of this unit is very good however I returned this item because it wasn't the right one for my laptop.

This fixed my Hp Elitebook 8460p when I swapped it with the old cmos battery that was in the laptop. Good product!

I have a HP Elitebook 8760w and I saw this CMOS battery on Amazon. Because it listed so many other model numbers of the Elitebook product line, I contacted the seller in a separate email and asked if this was compatible. I was assured that that it was. I was offered a 20% discount code if I bypassed Amazon and ordered from them directly, (which ended up not working). So I went ahead and ordered it from Amazon. Upon arriving, I discover that the pin connection doesn't fit what is in the 8760. Still without a CMOS battery, I decided to take off the plastic coating on the old CMOS battery. I found that it's a simple CR 2032 cell battery. Did some minor adjusting, but got the cable from the old CMOS battery to work with the CR 2032 I had on hand, and now I have a working CMOS battery again. Will return this unused CMOS battery back to Amazon.
