Hongdian Pink Forest Metal Fountain Pen, Beautiful Tree Texture Fine Nib Writing Office Pen

This is a nice pen, and an excellent value. The only drawback is that its nib is not as flexible as some reviews have stated. Nevertheless, it is a very solid, nicely finished pen with excellent ink feed, and worth every penny.

I wanted a pen for my gorgeous green ink. This was an affordable option I’m very happy with. Writes smoothly and love the converter provided.

Writes great. Really enjoy the pen, comfortable to hold and has a nice weight.Knocked one star off because it seems fairly easy to scratch, this doesn't bother me but to some might be off putting.

"Smooth as butter" would be one way to describe the writing characteristics of this fountain pen. It is balanced well and feels good in my hand. A great value for the money, if you want a quality fountain pen.

when you write slow it is ok, but when you write at a normal speed, the ink comes out inconsistency. The line gets broken when you write fast. Sometimes when you write signature, the consistency is lost. It is ok for the price. Nice and heavy, and I like the click sound when you close the cap. EF is really F. I personally like Kakuno much better than this one. If it writes smooth, this can be a good fountain pen, but after 2 years of use, I find myself not really using this fountain pen.

Just received this pen today and instantly love it. Smooth writing, perfect weight, nice fine nib, lovely color. This is a great pen for any writers, beginners and for those who has been using FP for sometime. Nice everyday FP use, from casual writing to signing documents. The weight is just right, though, I would love it is there's little more weight to it; the weight itself helps to glide the pen without having to use added hand pressure. I will definitely buy another one again.

I got this on impulse! It's completely black, including the nib! All my pens in the past have light colored nibs. I'm crazy and don't like to see any traces of ink on the shiny nib. It just drives me nuts. So when I saw this, it's a dream come true! I can get all sort of ink on the nib and I won't be able to tell!Pros1. It's completely black! What more do you need!2. The logo on the body isn't flashy. Again being completely black has advantages.3. Pen feels hefty in hand when not in use. My best comparison right now is the Hero 9296, it's heavier and bigger to the Hero. Other may not like it with the cap on during use, the cap add significant weight the pen.3. Nib is smooth, glides across cheap copy paper without scratching. I washed it at night and put some Sailor Kiwaguro in it the next day and it was ready to go.4. Great value. For $15, even if I don't like this, skip a few coffees, that's it.Con1. The pistol converter feels very flimsy. The one I received seemed to have scratches on the clear plastic. It works, but be careful not to when holding.I really like it! I haven't own this long enough to comment on the paint but I got this for the black nib, I don't mind the paints every where else.

The media could not be loaded.  Es una excelente pluma, es de color negro mate, se siente pesada, pero cómoda, da una sensación de firmeza en el trazo. Tapa y clip seguros. Al escribir la pluma fluye bastante bien, con trazo limpio y bien definido. Fue fácil de recargar comprando el bote de tinta, por el costo conviene adquirirlo en vez de los cartuchos. Fue un regalo para mi esposo y me dijo que es PERFECTA!

Es una pluma de cuerpo metálico de la marca HongDian. En vivo se ve muy, muy bonita, parece una pluma costosa, y me sorprendió la calidad de los acabados y el peso. Tiene un cartucho muy fácil de usar para que le pongas la tinta de tu elección, lo que es muy conveniente, no tienes que gastar en cartuchos desechables ni comprar otro adaptador.Sin embargo, tuve problemas en un inicio, pues la sentía muy "scratchy" o rasposa. Le hice un tratamiento conocido como pulido con bolsa de papel, la lave a conciencia después de ello y le cambie la tinta por una Waterman, que es muy fluida y bastante noble (la usé primero con una J.Herbin, pero no empataron bien al parecer). No se qué de lo que hice funciono, pero finalmente se siente muy bien, ya no se brinca, y escribe más suave. La verdad es que si vale la pena esta pluma para la batalla diaria, por lo que cuesta es una ganga.Por cierto, no le hagan cosas raras a la pluma, mas que sepan que están haciendo. Pueden estropear la punta en un santiamén. Si la sienten rasposa o seca, primero pruébenla y úsenla por un tiempo razonable, de preferencia en papel de calidad aceptable; usualmente todo lo que necesita es el uso cotidiano para que se asiente la punta.

Great looking pen , feels solid in ones hand. The problem is that it doesn't write smoothly and the ink flow is not good. I wouldn't recommend it to someone who wants a smooth writing ink pen

I bought this Chinese manufactured pen in the hope that it is better suited for writing Chinese characters. It did not disappoint. It comes with a converter which is nice, and writes very smoothly. I found the fine nib to be the best nib size, extra fine is just a tad bit too thin.However this pen comes with a major downside which is it is super heavy. I'm not sure if the body is made of stainless steel or something but it's way heavier than all the other fountain pens I own. It's barely tolerable without the cap but if you put the cap on the back this pen is way too heavy to write comfortably.I don't carry it around so I can't comment on the durability.

Recien comence el uso de plumas estilográficas y es una buena pluma para principiante. El punto fino o extrafino es adecuado para los principiantes en el uso de plumas estilográficas, además que el diseño es optimo para escribir con ella y no cansarte pues el peso de la pluma es muy poco. Sensación agradable al sujetar. Tengo 1 mes con la pluma hay que esperar a ver si no se despinta al momento de darle mantenimiento o lavarla. por el momento todo bien
