Bought to replace my old blackout, which were not dry-cleanable as claimed, and the backing wearing off.These are a lovely fabric. I altered them to pencil pleat, having bought longer ones. Whilst they are not blackout, they do filter a good bit of light, which I am prepared to sacrifice for the ability to machine wash! I bought in Teal and Aubergine Purple.I have blackout blinds on the window too.I added photos showing the difference between the old and new. True blackout on left and these on the right. With the blinds open in the first image and closed in the second.Just to note, the window is North facing, so no direct sunlight.Pros. Great colour, lovely fabric that drapes well, good quality, machine washable, good value.Cons. Not total blackout, no lining

Colour of curtains are very bright and they are very thick and block out all light for the perfect sleep

These curtains are well made and do keep the room dark , good quality material great value for the money

Bought the red curtains for my grandson’s bedroom. Although they don’t really black the room out there is a lovely warm reddish glow in the room - very soothing. The colour (red) is brilliant and goes well with his Mario brothers and Marvels quilt covers/pillow cases.

I love these curtains the material is so soft well pleased with them

Looks wise these are ok. Obviously not going to be the best due to how cheap they were but the material is really cheap and you can literally pull it apart without much force.

Hangs nicely but burns so be careful if ironing them
