Yeah but I wouldn't bother if these are for the sand. Mine are still sitting 90 miles away in the Anza Borrego desert. Buried.

Are the plastic grips reinforced with anything?

The tracks are solid and about 3/4" or so thick. There are a few steel cables running through each one, evenly spaced that holds everything together..this makes the tracks easier to use and store in your vehicle.
