I bought this for my dog, because he's a Corgi and he sheds like nothing else. It of course won't keep all or even most of the hair from traveling throughout the car, but it offers a little protection from dirt and hair. I use it in the back seat because my daughter sits on the other side in the back and I didn't want another liner that covers the entire back seat, because they're less comfortable generally and complicate child car seats, and harder to remove and put back if you have guests. The lining on the bottom doesn't do as good a job as I had hoped keeping it from sliding around when he jumps in, but it's good enough. I like how easy it is to install and move in and out. It has a simple strap for the head rest, and then a thick plastic handle at the base that you just stuff into the seat crack and that's enough to keep the bottom from sliding forward. It just slides side to side.

This fits on the front seat of a Prius V nicely. The strap and bar that keeps it is place by being pushed into the fold is a simple, effective design as is the simple strap that holds up the back side by fitting about the headrest posts. Thoughtful that the facing fabric is only modestly slick and waterproof, while the seat-facing side has plastic friction particles embedded that prevent it from sliding about on a fabric seat. It won't be as effective on a leather faced seat, but that is another issue entirely.It has been effective thus far in protecting the fabric seats from both our Corgi and our elders' embarrassments, and saving my sanity from having to pull out the SpotBot so often. The only way I could see an improvement is if a strap might be devised to hold the lower side panels in place, as they are a little too easy to fold underneath a leg when the passenger is getting seated. If they figure that out, I'm ready for an upgrade.

Easy to install and use. Looks pretty good and seems to be durable heavier fabric. I worry about the rubber backing melting in my hot car in the summer though. Also, one design flaw is the strap that goes around the back of the seat. In my hybrid car the seat is thick. The strap is slightly too short, but grips the seat firmly, a little too firmly in my opinion. It is compressing the foam in the seat more than I would like it to. I may be able to find a workaround for this by adding some kind of connector to make the strap longer. Other than that I find the product useful and attractive. It's not something that jumps out at you visually and that is a good thing. My car interior is all black and grey with bone colored accents. My chihuahua already decimated a dog bone on the passenger seat and the crumbs stayed all on top of the seat. It also helps that her fur is black.

I love these protectors. I purchased the bench style for the backseat to protect the upholstery from my dogs, and decided to get one for the driver's seat to protect it from spills and the constant wear and tear of getting in and out of the car. The fabric is very sturdy and has a smoothness to it that makes it seem easier getting in or out than it would be with the softer, napped fabric on the seat itself. They are advertised to stay in place and not shift when you use them, and I have found this to be true. I only purchased one for the driver side, thinking there isn't going to be as much wear-and-tear on the passenger side, but I'm considering getting another one, just so the seats underneath remain the same color over time (in case of fading from the sun). Also, I purchased these in the late fall, so I don't know how they'll be in the hot sun of the summer. (Even if they get hot it will still be worth it, in my opinion.) Finally, they don't look cheap; I'm very pleased with the quality of the quilted material.

Great seat cover for the car! My dog loves going places with us but I'm always afraid his nails will damage my leather seats and he slides around on them a lot. I put this cover over the front passenger seat whenever I take him places and my seat stays protected and my dog safe. Plus this seat picks up the hair when he sheds so I don't have as much white hair flying around in my car as I did without the cover. It fits a standard seat (I have a Kia Optima) without any problems and stays in place. The only downside is the part that the dog sits on, sometimes it moves around and exposes the car seat underneath, but it's easy to pull back into place. A nice feature would be to make the base a bit bigger and add elastic around it so the cover actually fits around the seat to hold it in place better.

Purchased a new vehicle in late April and with two pets, I finally decided the time was right for some sort of protection.This installs easily over the top of the seat and around the back. (My nephew did it for me and said it was easy to do).So far, the youngest Boxer is enjoying sitting in the front seat near me.No rips, no tears and lots of hairs on it which will be easily vacuumed off.Highly recommended.

Whether used for pets, children or spills these covers are perfect! I purchased them for my front leather seats for my brand new Mazda CX3 and so happy I did. The next day after I installed them, a cup of coffee was spilled all over the cover. Waterproof? You Bet!!! a simple clean up with a towel and no worries... They fit very well and the straps for headrest and around the seat back allow the fit to be customized. I also purchased a rear seat bench protector by Parachute Products for my Toy Fox Terriers shedding, and give it 5 stars as well. I had some questions and contacted the Manufacturer and the customer service was excellent and outstanding!! I will continue to use this brand, but by the looks of the quality and fit, I dont think I will be replacing them any time soon. :)
