My husband and I have this product on autoship. We previously used the liquid form, but I never really enjoyed it. With this product, I actually enjoy having 2 during my intermittent fasting open window. For me, the health benefits outweigh the small amount of carbs per serving. This product contains organically grown fruit sugars, and there are 3 grams of carbs per serving (2 gummies). The texture is not like your common store bought "gummies" , it has a home made elderberry texture and flavor. I am grateful that this product became available after years of the "no sugar added' liquid form.
