great side dish for taco night

I like to add fresh corn off the cob, white onion, green pepper and roma tomato to this dish. As was said below the butter makes the rice a little too sticky. Makes for a nice and somewhat elegant side dish to southwestern style flank steak.

This is a good product from a good company. I enjoy the rice with numerous entrees. Left overs freeze excellently. Always have in the pantry.

This rice is so close to the restaurant style that you just can't go wrong.We have been using this rice for over 10 years. Great as it is or used to make other dishes, like stuffed peppers, Spanish rice, and oh my a fried rice stir fry.Let cool and jar a portion for later use. We use our vacuum canner to make it store longer in the fridge, or you can freeze up to 6 months.

I grew up eating this rice and I love it. I haven't been able to find it at my local grocery store but, fortunately I was able to get it here on Amazon woop woop!

I really like these rice kits. It's quick and easy to make, and I typically cut up chirozo sausage into big chunks to put in with the rice when I cook it. That makes for a quick and really delicious meal that can easily satisfy four to six people.
