2 Tine Stainless Steel Carving Fork-Barbecue Meat Fork-Camp Cooking Tool with Wooden Handle (18 inches)

I got a bigger deeper grill so I went looking for some longer grill tools. I bought this and the 21" Star foods fork figuring the one I didn't keep I'd give to my brother. While at 18 inches it doesn't quite match the length of my other tools it is far more sturdy then the Star foods 21 inch fork and a third less cost too. You can see the difference in the thickness of the steel, it doesn't bend which is important if you move or pick up large cuts of meat like pork butts or shoulders or brisket.

I bought this for reaching into an oven to poke bubbles in my pizza crusts. It does a superb job of that task. 10/10 would recommend this fork for that task.

Exactly what I was looking for in a bbque fork...except the "leather" strap broke into pieces as I was trying to tie it together for hanging.

good deal, allows for extended reach to avoid heat and can handle steaks and chicken effectively.

Thickness of steel. Picked up ribs and brisket without feeling like it would bend. Just what I was looking for!!
