These blocks are everything. I bought them from my one year old grandson who is super excited about numbers and letters. I love the size for the age group of children because they are not a hazard. They are nice large blocks the kind that I grew up on and I am a grandmom. I previously ordered from another brand: the Melissa & Doug alphabet blocks and they were so tiny for the age group of toddlers that they are targeting and I pray that no child gets hurt by those blocks. I would never recommend Melissa & Doug alphabet blocks and I’m quite angry that they would make a 1 inch block for children in that age group. I’m so glad I searched Amazon to find these blocks. They are excellent and I highly recommend them. The size is really big. Perfect for toddlers and the colors and pictures are very vibrant.

Blocks are a good size, stack well and perfect size (not too small). Great for learning upper and lower case ABC,s and the pictures on the blocks are great. Comes with storage bag, which I also like. Good value. Granddaughter loves seeing how high she can stack the blocks.

Love these blocks and they have held up very well. Getting used by second grand child now.

These are full sized blocks like the traditional ones. Easy for babies to handle, nice bright colors, heavy enough to build towers so littles can experience success! My one year old loves them! A bit pricey but worth it and will last forever!

When I played with these and my grandson, we lined up the numbers 1-10 and found an extra number block, which had a 1 on one side and a 10 on the other. Then we lined up all the letter blocks and found that the "L" block was missing. So, all told, there were 36 blocks as advertised but no "L". I set up a return (since I could not find a way to request the missing "L"), but before submitting the refund request, I went back to double check both sides of the number blocks, thinking there might be an "L" on one of them. The letter blocks have the capital letter on one side and the lower case letter on the opposite side. Lo and behold, the lower case "L" looks like a "1". So actually, there was an "L" block and just the ten number blocks. I had mistaken when lining up the numbers, the lower case "l" for the "1". Overall, a very nice block set, the normal (from my childhood) size and very well made.

Sharp edges out of the box. The wood is soft so it filed down eventually.

I was astounded at the quality of these little blocks. They are just like the ones I had when I was young....astounding. They even come in their own little storage bag, a big boon for harried moms.

This works for many ages. I love that it’s wood and not plastic. My granddaughter has been playing this for the last two years. She can build things with it and in between we’re spending more and more time learning what’s the letters are.
