I've never had a broken phone in all the years I've used UAG cases, and I've dropped (hell, I've thrown) my phone many a time. With my new iphone 12 mini I didn't want to cover the nice green colour of the phone, so this was the perfect balance of security and aesthetics.It feels nice in my hand, the indented areas of plastic are smooth. There is a hexagon bubble pattern in the plastic but it's on the inner so you can't feel it. The ridges are matte and help with grip. I'm not sure if this will be as robust as other UAG cases since part of that comes from the layering but it certainly feels tough and the corners feel well padded. This phone is the perfect size for me but if I had a larger one, I would want something with a pop grip/ring on the back to be able to keep hold of it.

Saved me a lot of money over all. Lightweight and sturdy phone case.
