I bought this because TDS in my home it is 1500 and heard that kent is good for hight tds hard water as well and also it has 4 yr service free,so it works well after installation even for high TDS. Technician has set it to around 150 since it purifies max 90% of TDS ,so water tastes is ok. Water rejection is not too much so it is quite efficient. The only thing I did not like is sedement/pre-filter is not provided so I had to purchase it from installer who charged 1200 Rs, which is more than market price. overall product is good.

Kent means trust and purity of water. I am existing and satisfied customer of Kent. And hence no surprised I bought this new model of Copper for my new Penthouse at a high rise building. Installation was super fast and was get attended on the same day of placing the call. They may take 24 hours for some areas. Water quality and taste is perfect and its crystal clear, no smell and with copper goodness. This comes with a 4 years free service as well. So have to pay only for filters post warranty. Easy to install (wall or top). Almost no sound (very low) while purifying water. Tap could be use without electricity. We are very happy to have this. Highly recommended.

Product is value for money. Installation servicing quality of material and water delivery is very good. No defect till now during Use

I wish I could rate it 0. All 4 candles are gone within a year. Not expected after shelling out huge money on this. Support is pathetic. Please don’t buy this, you will regret.

The yearly service cost of the product is very high. It is approximately 4000/- to 6500/- subject to change of filters. Machine includes 5 filters cost 1300/- per filter.

Worst after sales service ever.. I had to book routine service literally 5 times from kent app, then only & after almost 1 month the engineer visited my home. Very Poor service of kent. Moreover filters & parts that need to be replaced are very expensive.Not recommending to buy Kent RO.

Product is very nice. Taste is also upto the Mark. Installation is very prompt and fast.Only one thing Amazon has to mention in Product details that " As soon as Product delivered, Customer need to book a Installation Call to Kent Customer Care." Because we wait for Installation person's call for almost 3 to 4 days. After that we call customer care and installation done on very next day.Whatever shows in Product Description, all are available in the Product. Best thing is it's Inbuild Booster Pump. It is very useful to them who have Limited Supply of Water from Corporation and used water from storage tanks.Thanks Kent and Amazon also.
