Q: Does this sit at the waist

No, this has not been the case for me. When I first started buying them, they were great. Full cut, at the waist, and a nice satiny nylon. Over time, they became a skimpy cut, sleazy, stretchy nylon that are not at all comfortable on me. I threw away the last ones I bought because they simply were not comfortable and don't plan to buy any more. Incidentally, I still have some of the older ones and it's easy to compare.

They are full briefs but are also available in a hi-cut style. I prefer the full brief and am pleased with these.

Q: What size would you need to order if you wear a 26w pant?

I really don't know but I can tell you that they run short top to bottom.

Q: what is the waist size for no 10?

Waist in the 10 would be 35-36" and hip 46-47"
