Great value

I chose this chrome book because the case and keys are white. It matches nicely with my air pods and silver/white iPhone 8 Plus. I was able to match a white mouse from Amazon, too. Goes nice with my white decor and vanity table. The chrome book streams well (I mainly use it for streaming YouTube and movies). Excellent battery life. Small Cons: the chrome book is a bit heavy (I have an Acer Spin chrome book and it’s not as heavy). But I plan to mainly use this at home. Also, the screen gets ‘darker’ (but still decent) when you view at an angle like if you’re sharing watching with a friend or two. There is a touch screen version of this chrome book but I chose not to buy that one because I don’t want my little children to keep tapping the screen to stop, start or change my videos. They already mess with the mouse and keyboard enough 😅 Seems sturdy. Happy with my purchase 🥰

I have had several Chrome computers over the years and like them very much. However, I purchased an Airbook Mac several years ago and when it died on me without warning, I was not happy because of the expense of fixing not to mention the amount I paid for it. Bottom line, I should have purchased another Chrome back then and that is exactly what I did this time. I love my HP Chrome and am so happy that I purchased it. It was easy to set up, it does everything that I could ask for and when it dies one of these days, I'll toss it out and get another Chrome. There is nothing that I have not been able to accomplish on it. I have my own at home bill paying set up on it, all my banking, my son uses for his car racing photographs, my daughter used for her wedding photos, and I use it for cataloging recipes and other household stuff. Chrome is the way to go and this HP Chrome makes it so easy. I highly recommend this Chrome because I love it. It's easy to set up and use and it does everything you could possibly want it to do.

Its held up for almost a year. The only gripe i have is that one of my charging ports dont work anymore(left side)... Other than that, I use it for music, games, movies, email, social media things. So it definitely holds up for that. No problems with my speakers. I do have a small light spot in the screen and it very small, but i dont know if thats from me or wear. OVERALL, Good buy for the money. Give it a chance. Id buy again. PS: Usually when i leave good reviews tho the item often breaks the next day, let us pray together.

I purchased this to have as a separate laptop from my work one. I love to use this to do emails and volunteer work that I do for farmed animals. I also loved it when applying to jobs. My favorite way to use it is to read books, it is light enough to be comfortable and is so beautiful that I love seeing it/passing by it while walking around the house. I think it’s great for movies, the only thing I would improve is the sound levels. It is very quiet and barely loud enough to enjoy podcasts when you are literally sitting with it (I like to play podcasts while cleaning, but will continue to use my phone for that I guess). But all in all, I am so happy to have purchased it and will enjoy it for many years to come!

Love it, so happy with this laptop. I have been wanting one for so long but was nervous to buy a refurbished model. But the bullet and bought it. No issues, super fast loading, slim and sleek looking and the keyboard has a backlight which I LOVE. So easy to use at night which is when I do most of my online stuff. Was even able to download Roblox, Steam and The Sims 4. No lag after all that either.

Love the unit! Does what it's supposed to do, despite the slow internet speeds on this cruise ship. Touch pad it a bit sensitive and takes some getting used to. Otherwise, it's working fine for the two Chrome users who make use of the unit for several hours each day.

Battery is defective, right out the box would not charge or turn on. blank black screen. I left it plugged in for two days and no charge. don't waste your time ordering this product. seller is selling defective old chromebooks that look appealing and new out the box, however product is from 2020 and has not been refurbished properly that the battery is old/dead/depleted/defective and will not turn on no matter how long you have charged. purchased 11/2024
