WintersCottage Hand Crafted Vintage-Style Wooden Step Stool

I was disappointed in the finish on the stool. It looked like it was just whitewashed and when I stepped on it the marks from my shoe were very visible and did no wash off. I had to apply a clear acrylic spray to try and alleviate the problem. I felt it was very high priced for the quality of the item. Very disappointed with this item.

It feels pretty sturdy, which I like, but it's also more worn-looking than it looks online. I would've preferred it without the "distressed look" because they don't really pull it off effectively, so it just looks a bit battered. My friend said it looks nice though, so maybe it's just me.

Very attractive, vintage looking step stool. I keep it in a bathroom for short guests to use. Much nicer than ugly plastic step stools! Will be ordering another for an additional bathroom - you can put a plant or something on it when no one is around to use it.

this is perfect for a small bathroom. We have a small powder room on the first floor that would be rate up by a regular stool, but we have toddlers as well. What's a grandmother to do? This is just distressed enough to to be a lovely shabby chic. Unlike most booster steps, it is a lovely addition to adult decor. It is perfect for that very necessary boost for little people new to the toilet. Relief for everyone.PS It is also nice for larger people reaching higher shelves.

Well made. Light weight. Small. Works well in the bathroom. Works great as a "squatty potty" (google it), if the official squatty potty is too large for your bathroom, as it was for mine. Also good for just putting a box of tissues and some air freshener on, if room is limited.

"Constructed from high quality wood" This was a lie. This item is made of plywood, which is not "high quality", although it is probably durable. There are a lot of cheap little stools for sale for half the price, if I wanted plywood.

Was shipped and delivered quick, came assembled, very cute and rustic, ordered it to put at the end of my moms bed, when received it was dented on top of the stool and stained which looked like dirt maybe? Will be returning

I really like the craftsmanship on this stool, but when I bought it, the description didn't include a color, and the photo was of a light blue stool. When the stool actually arrived, it was white - which isn't really what I was looking for.
