It is a bit on the pricier side, but a little goes a long way, so it is worth the investment. I will repurchase this product for the rest of my life!!!

My hair on the ends of my curls tend to have a lot of dryness and I had tried many products that could help care for both my frizz and curl. The effect it had on my hair was amazing. It actually helped with shine as well as the appearance. The nice thing about the product is the versatility that I could just use it on my ends or in all of my hair and the hold would stay but not be stiff. Great product even my sons are using now.

After trying out several curl products(B&B curl cream, morroccanoil curl defining cream, Oribe curl butter, and Miss Jessie pillow soft curls) this gel-oil was by far my favorite. Most of the curl creams I tried made my hair thicker and gave it a crunchy texture...this one did not. I scrunch dry my hair and this product really thrives with dry curls. Hair stays soft and the curl definition is great when I'm only applying two dime sized amounts per use. You're also getting frizz protection which is an added bonus, while it's not 100% frizz proof, it did a much better job than the products I mentioned above. Lastly the product is versatile, I normally go for soft dry curl look, but with this product you can easily achieve the wet curly look as well by letting your hair dry naturally and applying more product to your hair. It's an A+ curl product, it's an easy recommendation.

Good product, but made my hair too soft.

I'm a B&B girly through and through and have most of the curly hair line and all of the hairdresser's oil line. This gel is nice, with a light hold, and the oil in it makes my hair soft and shiny. I used to style with the 3-in-1 leave in only but now I like using a little bit of this mixed with the hairdresser's oil styling cream. My hair is thick, curly, and color treated. This doesn't fade my vivid purple.

I bought this product to keep my curl hair from going wild and token-the curls in shape. It does not work well after a few hours. It is overpriced endless expensive products are just as effective. I was disappointed.

This gel is, unfortunately, the best gel ever. I have tried countless others and always return because of their product formulation - which I do think has changed since it was sold in the tub, but it is still almost as perfectly effective. I have 4B and 4C hair and this gel keeps my curls defined, my hair without frizz and never gets that crunchy feeling so many gels cause. My hair feels moist all day and the curls are bouncy. I personally prefer gels that keep my hair feeling moist and I like that I can just spritz my hair in the morning daily and only have to reapply on one day between wash days. This gel also mixes well with products from other companies and doesn’t cause flaking or buildup. I have found that the (suspected) new formula works best in the winter/fall than summer/spring. My only con is the price but the product is really unmatched.
