I thought I would not gain any benefit from a saline solution as I have tried the saline sprays. This is quite different as the saline infused distilled water pushes particles from the entire nasal pathway into the receptaical. There is no irration, no side effects. You will have a runny nose but that is part of the process to clear out the nasal cavity. The pods are easy to use with the Navage equipment. Big reminder only use distilled water. A bit pricey but to combat allergy season this is a great product for the tool that it works with.

I wish I'd had this about 70 years ago.We live in a high pollen area and in the spring and fall people are congested and sneezing. This cleans out the loose gunk, loosens that which is welded in place to be blown out a bit later and is enabling me to enjoy spring for once!I'm extremely pleased. It did take some learning on the Navage machine...the pieces slide and click together...but it's been well worth it.

This water pod system is better than any plain saline solution in the make. It is an investment toward health, and the pods are really not that expensive. I use it two times a day (two pods) when I am really congested. When I am better, maybe once a day two to three times a week. It works every time.
