It's a good product and give relief but the relief is not very long. Great taste.

I am an adult woman with histamine intolerance. Many antihistamines make me groggy the next day, even when they say non drowsy. Allegra 24 hour made me groggy. This did not. I took it in the evening and I felt good the next day.
