Breaks with average weight
Max weight is supposed to be 300 pounds. I weigh about 170 pounds and it broke after 3 days of use.

Great stretch!
I first used this at physical therapy for a bone spur. It gives a better stretch than standing slightly away from a wall and pressing in. Keeping the calf stretched and the ankle flexible helps with balance!
