My chiropractor started me on this product and I have continued to use it daily. It tastes good. Although some people use it at night to sleep I, and many of my friends, have discovered to take it in the morning instead. Magnesium can affect people differently and for some it is better at night, for others in the morning. Don’t be afraid to try it at different times in a day to see which time works better for you.

Calm is different. It doesn't knock me out, but it helps me relax and drift off to sleep naturally and even better digestion. The taste (personally) is not the best. Even though is cherry flavored, I don't really feel it, and it is bubbly.

Totally works! I sleep so much deeper thanks to this supplement. I used to sleep five/six hours in a very shallow sleep state. I haven’t dreamt or had restful sleep in a very, very long time.The taste can be a little sour. If you can get over that, the sleep is great. Thank you so much.

Makes me calm and sleep through the night.

I have a hard time sleeping through the night and was looking for something to help. I came across calm and thought I'd give it a try the taste is not bad I just mix with water and have soon before I go to bed. I feel like the nights that I have it I do get a more deep sleep verses the nights I don't. I haven't taken it every single night I don't want to become dependent on it but it seems to work okay. Nothing drastic and I still wake up in the middle of the night unfortunately

I started to try this at night to sleep better, but found it works better for me in the morning prior to work. It does give me a calm feeling and I feel like I can start the day worry free.
