have been using this for many years..... i dont know how good or bad it is..... i hope it is doing me some good.... it is a very small dosage that i get and since there are no federal regulations or scrutiny of supplements... no one knows whats really in them etc etc...... but this product does not have the stink that NOW -E another vitamin e product that i have tried had...... anyway my point is,.....i buy it..... you must buy it at your discretion and common sense..... always BUYER BEWARE

Feeliing the Difference
It takes me at least a couple weeks to actually feel the difference one brand of vitamin makes compared to a previous brand. I have noticed a surge in my attitude, a bit more endurance in working and a quicker thought process after introducing these Solgar vitamins into my diet. I don't always consume a fully balanced meal, but always try to. I fill in the void with supplement vitamins, what I feel of what I ate, that may not have fulfilled what I require. It's always been an on going experiment of a fine tune adjustment to achieve a proper balance. I don't over eat, nor do I daily take a hand full of vitamins. Moderation and balance in each, affords the option of having the very best. I believe these Solgar Vitamins top off my daily requirement, and fill the void, to what the best of today's available food may fall short of.

Slow to deliver. Great product.
Great product. I've used it for over a year now. I would rate this five stars except for the fact it took nearly two weeks (13 days to be exact) to receive product from this seller. Not sure why it took so long.
