I am sorry to hear that you had so much trouble with these tips. I am an Industrial welder for Frazier Industrial Co. I weld anything from shelves in Home Depot to Frames that were in the last world trade center. I weld 8-10 hours a day 5/days a week using voltage above 30volts, using these tips and I've never ever had a problem with them melting or as you described. I can only say maybe you got a bad batch, because I've been using these for years. In fact I only saw/responded to your post because I was ordering more, if your welding aluminum these aren't the right tips for you. You should not even be using a mig, that's more a Tig thing.

Best price I can find, I don’t need to spend the fuel to make a trip to the welding supply store to pay 40% more. And the came the next day,What’s not to like?

I have an Eastwood Mig 135 and these work great. Much better and cheaper alternative than the Eastwood stuff.

Fits my Harbor Freight 90A flux cored welder. (I know, I know, the welder is garbage, but it works to tack things together in a stupid simple way). Definitely worth getting the 25 pack so you're never afraid to just toss an old tip and throw on a new one. The hassle you save by not struggling with a garbage tip is well worth the tiny cost of replacing it.

These are working well and they are holding up better than other tips I have used. I'm just an amateur welder but I do a lot of projects. I like these tips and will use them exclusively in the future.
