was worried about fitas no size option was availablefits fine - hope they helppadding for knees would be a great advantage

IT iS A LITTLE TIGHT ON THE THIGH. HOPEFULLY IT WILL STRETCH OUT OVER TIME. OTHER THAN THAT, THE COMPRESSION AROUND THE KNEE IS VERY COMFORTABLE AND HELPS WITH THE PAIN.

I had ACL repair surgery in 2003. Recently I was told I'm in need of a full knee replacement surgery, but due to my young age (47) they wanted to wait as long as possible and recommended I try a compression sleeve. I purchased this sleeve 1 month ago and have been wearing it nearly daily since. I have definitely felt a positive difference while wearing the sleeve. I wore a different sleeve about 3 years ago which was provided by insurance and it had a tendency to roll down my leg. It was the type with the round hole that goes over your knee cap. That part never stayed in place. However, on this compression sleeve, I'm finding it stays exactly where it is suppose to be. There is a zigzag line of rubber grips around the top that help keep it in place. I'm now able to climb the stairs at home with minimal difficulties whereas before I would avoid them as much as possible. I'm also able to stand and walk longer distances without my cane as much. Pain has also been reduced as the knee components are being held in a better position and not being allowed to slip out of place. Overall, I'm very pleased with this sleeve. I ordered a second one so that I would have a spare for when I wash this one. I also ordered one for my husband's knee.

That is what I feel happened to us. You wouldn't know if you didn't have an older sleeve to compare this one to. The product in our initial sleeve order improved my wife's knee tremendously, but the one we reordered to replace it was so bad that it should not be sold . How a firm can drastically reduce the quality while pretending it is the same thing is beyond me. Buyer beware !

This was exactly what I was looking for. Unexpectedly comfortable. No pinching, no slipping. I wore it 16 hours the first day and couldn't even tell I was wearing it. After walking 1.5 miles in hot, humid central TX, I realized that it also didn't make the back of my knee sweat. It stays cool. It provides just the needed support to keep my knee joint from shifting. I no longer have to forceably stiffen my knee to keep it from giving out. Result, I no longer have a limp. I can walk normally. One additional word. Buy from Amazon. The mfgr charges double Amazon's price and adds another product and a service charge that they don't reveal during the payment transaction. Ended up canceling the order with the mfgr when Visa informed me that I was charged almost $20 more than than the mfgr web page stated. Great product! I ordered 2 more.

Absolutely works. As an old guy who likes to walk with typically knee pain up and down hills, this brace supports the knee and alleviates the pain while doing it. The only issue is after you wash it I noticed that it shrank a bit but so far still does the job.
