ASOLOMen's Fugitive GTX Wide Hiking Boots - Wool/Black

I hoped these boots would fit and there was literally no break in. I'm a woman with wide feet and I have degenerative arthritis. Women's boots simply don't give the room and comfort I need to walk comfortably. Happy to have found this size; brick and mortar stores hardly ever carry this size in stock.

These are some of the best boots you could ever buy. I originally received my pair while in Afghanistan in 2011and still use them today, 5 years later. As a scout in a dismounted reconnaissance unit, I put a LOT of hard miles on these boots through rocky, rugged mountain terrain carrying, on average, 80+ pounds of gear. The Asolos never failed me once and far surpassed any other boot I had previously worn. They're light, sturdy, and rugged enough to handle some of the world's harshest terrain. I am now out of the military, but still use the same pair as my go-to hiking boots and occasionally my everyday boots. In 5 years of owning these, the only issue I have had is some wear on the laces and worn out insoles. You cannot go wrong with these boots.
